All evaluations include thorough interview sessions, empirically validated testing, and a comprehensive report outlining clinical diagnoses, personalized treatment recommendations, and referrals for any additional services that may be needed.

 

The practice is in-network with nearly all private & public insurance plans, and many clients' total evaluation costs are covered in full. Clients may be responsible for any applicable deductible, copay, or coinsurance. If any fees do apply, clients are provided with an estimate of these costs upfront, before any services are scheduled, so they can make an informed decision about whether to proceed. Services are limited to in-network insured clients, & self-pay evaluation referrals are not accepted.
